Hello, I'm Mendy.
As a freelance HR professional, I create clarity across HR administration, payroll input, processes and systems. I feel at home where people, processes and systems meet.
My style is personal and down-to-earth. I listen, ask the right questions and then take action. This creates an HR operation that employees and managers can rely on — without making things more complicated than necessary.
