Which data do I process?

When you use the contact form or email me, I may process the information you provide. Through the contact form this includes your name, email address, optional company name and the content of your message.

The hosting environment may temporarily process technical information such as an IP address, browser type and visit time to operate and secure the website.

Why do I process this data?

I use personal data to answer your question, discuss an introduction or potential assignment, carry out agreements and comply with legal administrative obligations. Processing is based on your request, steps towards or performance of a contract, a legal obligation or a legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.

How long do I retain data?

I do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received. Information forming part of my administration is retained for the applicable statutory period. Other correspondence is deleted when no longer needed, unless there is a valid reason to retain it longer.

Sharing with others

I do not sell personal data. I only share it with parties needed for my operations or services, such as hosting or email providers, or when legally required. Contact form messages are forwarded to me through FormSubmit. Where required, I make appropriate privacy and security arrangements with processors.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or other tracking technologies, so no cookie banner is shown. Google Search Console only provides information about search visibility and does not place tracking cookies through this website.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. In certain situations you may also object to processing, request restriction or portability, or withdraw consent previously given. Email contact@mvd-hr.nl. I may ask you to confirm your identity appropriately.

If you have a complaint, you may also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Security and changes

I take appropriate measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. This notice may be updated when the website or applicable rules change.
